1. Portfolio Publication & Client Consent
Before publishing any wedding photographs or short film excerpts on our website, social media channels (@golpoframe.weddings), or print journals, we request explicit written consent from our couples. If you prefer a completely private wedding archive, we respect your choice without penalty.
2. Guest & Elder Protection
We understand that family members and guests (especially elders or female relatives attending segregated events) may not wish to have their portraits published online. We honor all venue restrictions and family guidelines communicated to us prior to the event.
3. High-Resolution File Ownership & Print Rights
Every client receives full personal print rights for all delivered color-graded images. You are free to print albums, share files with family members, and post photographs on personal social media accounts. Commercial reselling or licensing of images to third-party vendor platforms requires studio notification.
4. Personal Data & Communication Security
Personal contact details (names, phone numbers, email addresses, venue addresses) provided during inquiries or booking contracts are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or disclose client data to third-party advertisers.
